Solving the "impossible to find" problem. 🛠️
A look back at a project completed in October 2025. My customer came to me with a rare bike fairing—the kind that’s nearly impossible to source original replacements for.
The mission? 3D scan the original and produce a perfectly mirrored left-hand and right-hand version ready for 3D printing.
Using the Combo 3D scanner, I was able to capture every curve with precision. All post-processing and alignment were handled directly in the software to ensure a seamless fit. The end result came out great!
