Great to be able to help with a kitchen renovation for a customer in Newcastle with 30 year old Myson floor standing boiler removed along with 5 tanks removed from loft.
To then reposition & install up to date Baxi Platinum 30 combi, repiping of half the system being old one pipe causing circulation issues and some radiator alterations & new radiator valves ready for new kitchen to be installed.

Just finished an amazing week supporting the DIY SOS Build Build in Wallsend to renovate the old Willington Quay boys club building for a new Safe Place Theatre for the fantastic charity True Colours!
6 months build done in 6 days with lots of hard graft, long hours with the longest being a 17 hour day but what an unbelievable end result.
Met an amazing amount of people, some stars & celebrities, worked with some old work mates and made plenty new work mates.

Such a great experience!

Some old school full strip-down servicing carried out to bring these old girls back to life and ensure safe operation for our customers.

Please remember there’s a big difference between sticking a flue gas analyzer in a boiler to check emissions & calling this a boiler service to actually stripping down & cleaning a boiler with an emissions check as per the manufacturers instructions.

If you’re getting a boiler serviced done in less than 30 mins then I’d suspect it’s not been carried out properly as my 30 years experience tells me it takes longer to complete necessary safety checks on most boilers.

What a whirlwind 2 years since we opened in December 2020.

Thank you to all our existing customers who came back to support us in 2022 and to all our new customers for giving us the chance to carry out a whole range of gas engineering work throughout the year.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to each & everyone, your support & loyalty is always much appreciated and I thank you all.

We’ve just about managed to keep up with demand due to boiler supply shortages.

Our local suppliers have by brilliant to get hold of multiple boilers this year to keep up with customer installation requests.

Did you know since the start of 2022 there’s been a manufacturing shortage of quality gas boilers like the Baxi range which we use on majority of our installs?
This is down to a microchip supply issue since the pandemic, similar to the car industry being short of cars!

We’ve managed to keep working with our local suppliers to get hold of & install multiple boilers this year to keep up with customer demand.

My advice would be if you are thinking of changing your boiler don’t wait till it stops working altogether as it can be 4-6 weeks to get hold of a quality boiler in some cases.
Get it ordered and booked so it’s only 1 day without a working appliance while work is carried out!
