Great progress continues on site, with key areas of the development moving forward at pace!

✅ All curtain walling and windows are very close to completion
✅ Internal wall partitions fully installed and ready for plasterboarding
✅ Internal blockwork now 100% complete
✅ Ground stabilisation and make-up ongoing in preparation for reinforced concrete yard

Another strong period of progress on site as the project continues to take shape across all areas of the build.

Great progress continues on site at our Moira Road development for Lacuna Developments, delivered in partnership with Skope.

Superstructure works on the apartment blocks are moving forward well, with landscaping and metal railings now underway across the site.

✅ Tarring works have now commenced
✅ Boundary fencing is nearing completion
✅ Internal painting is almost finished
✅ Landscaping works are underway, with preparation works progressing well

• Handover at Riley’s Place (Site A) taking place next week
• Handovers at Keegan Street (Site D) commencing shortly

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with equipment preferred but not essential
