We were delighted to present the Northern Ireland Hospice with a cheque for £6,233.50 raised at the 2026 CEF Annual Charity Golf Day! ⛳

Many thanks to all our Golf Day attendees and sponsors for helping us raise these funds which could help fund six weeks of Hospice at Home care, bringing specialist hospice care directly into a patient’s home providing comfort, dignity and expert support in familiar surroundings.

Alternatively, it could fund a full respite stay for a child at Horizon House, our Children’s Hospice, providing specialist care for the child while giving their family valuable time to rest and recharge.

🏗️ Moira Road, Lisburn | Site Progress 🚧

Progress continues at our Moira Road development for Lacuna Developments, in partnership with Skope.

🛣️ Works are continuing to move forward across the site, with the finishing coat of tarmac now being laid as the roadworks near completion.

🏢 Two of the four apartment blocks have also reached superstructure completion, with internal trades now underway.

🌳 Landscaping works are progressing as we get closer to the handover of Phase One.

🏠 Another important stage of the development taking shape, with further progress to come as we move towards completion.

Another significant step forward at our MyLife Bathrooms site this week, with several key elements of the build now progressing in tandem.

🔹 Perimeter kerbing and fencing underway
🔹 Internal office finishes ready to commence
🔹 Warehouse storage racking installation imminent
🔹 External signage works ongoing

A strong period of progress as the project continues to take shape.

Progress continues at our restoration project at the listed Downe Hospital, where we are delivering 41 new apartments for Clanmil Housing Association

A number of key works are now progressing across the site, including:

🔹 Drainage works to the courtyard and upper apartments are now complete, with landscaping underway
🔹 Paving and kerbing works progressing across the site
🔹 Internal painting and decorating now underway

It’s great to see the project continuing to take shape as we work towards transforming this historic building into high-quality new homes.

A big thank you to our site teams and everyone involved for their continued hard work and commitment as the project moves forward.
