🚨 We’re Hiring – General Labourer (Immediate Start) 🚨
Lustre Coatings Ltd are looking for a general labourer to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
🕒 Hours: 45 hours per week
➕ Occasional overtime required
🔧 Role will include:
Supporting our paint sprayers
Prep work and polishing
Packing finished items
General workshop duties
✅ What we’re looking for:
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Paint knowledge preferred
A good work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
💡 While experience is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.

We’re Hiring – General Workshop Assistant
Lustre Coatings Ltd
We are looking for a full-time General Workshop Assistant to join our busy industrial paint finishing workshop. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
Duties include:
Masking and preparation of components prior to paint finishing
Assisting with general workshop and preparation tasks
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop
Supporting the paint finishing team as required
Experience within paint finishing or a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

After a years full build including a complete new chassis and body supplied by we head back to our local for our official "Test" session. John successfully completed a mild shake down 2 weeks ago resulting in a very small snag list. A great testament to the whole 24-7 crew.

John plans to race the Elan in 2026 with the fantastic series.
