Good 1st week at the new house renovation & double extension project in Cambridge.
Setting up site ( equipment over , covering drive & front garden to protect , security fencing round site , skip in , grab heap retainers constructed, demolition of rear extension 75% done etc )
Next up will be 50 + tons of dig out for the 50m sq patio with retaining wall & rear 8m by 5m feature extension groundworks .
Watch this space coming weeks with pile driven foundations & a massive 850kg steel beam to be installed where we are removing the back of the house .

On the final run in on the hauxton Cambridgeshire house renovation / garage conversion / extension project .
Kitchen going in with quartz install mid week , decorating & 2bd fix electrics / plumbing & carpentry.
Lvt floors throughout downstairs .

Watch this space for the next project that starts in 10 to 14 days :
Double extension , back of house opened up into the extension with a 900kg steel craned in + total house renovation( new relocated kitchen , 2 new bathrooms, new cloakroom, new stairs , re wire , new boiler & mega flow etc) . Then outside a large 50m sq patio & retaining wall .

Another very busy 2 weeks on the cambridge job .
Steelwork completed
1st fix plumbing & electrics completed.
New bi folds & windows in .
Ibsulation to the vaulted roof completed .
Plasterboarding to the kitchen / dinner completed .
Plasterer now busy in the kitchen / dinner area & the vaulted extension is getting boarded out .

Hauxton Cambridge job coming along nicely.
New extension roof with velux all completed .
1st fix plumbing & electrics all done
All rear of house propped up & back wall into the extension removed , ahead of steels & bi folds going in tuesday .
