We are a leading construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
We specialise in delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a focus on sustainability and efficiency based on our UKAS Integrated Management Systems.
We are seeking to appoint experienced personnel for the following positions
- Estimator
- Contracts Managers
- Project Managers
- Construction Managers
- Quantity Surveyors
The successful candidates will be able to continue their career progression through a structured training and mentoring programme which will see them fulfil their full potential.
Candidates MUST have proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills. Commitment to quality, safety and project delivery & the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.

With the permission of his family, we are incredibly saddened to announce the passing of a much loved colleague and friend to many over the years.

Mr Dominic (Dom) McCormack.

Dominic throughout his working career with Kiernan Construction Limited brought many through the ranks with patience, his kindness and humour. He was committed to the company and we often wished for more Dominic’s but in truth there was only ever one Dominic. A true gentleman that will be so very missed by so many of us, and remembered with such fondness.

Our thoughts go out to Dominic’s family at this incredibly difficult time.

A funeral mass for Dominic will be held at:-
