Track frame repairs! You know what they say, you are 1 snapped bolt away from a 2 day ordeal.
Well the had nearly all snapped on this when the customer had tried to change their bottom rollers and even with heat and lots of welding nuts on refused to break free.
So our engineers cracked on with mag drill and bored them all out and re threaded them. A time consuming job unfortunately!
All back running for the weekend!

First service for this new mixer wagon!
And what a nice surprise when the customer keeps it so clean!!

You can’t just drop the gearbox oil and pour it in, it has to be pumped in till air stops coming out of the breather tube otherwise the top of the gearbox will be running dry. On any brand of tub mixer!

From no electrics, axles locked up solid with cardan shafts uj’s brocken, to rewired, rebuilt axles with new track rods and ball joints, hub pivot bearings and bushes and a full service ready for many more years action!

Hanix digger repairs. New fuel lift pump, after it failed and cut out. Then a new starter and battery as they had failed and would only give 2 or 3 revolutions of the engine before failing.

All back up and running to get the fence posts in the ground!

Brand new trumpet housing, lift arm and sway arm for this little claas arion 410 after and accident resulted in the casting and arm getting smashed off and the sway arm pulled apart.
Along with a new door and 1000hr service while we were on!

Back ready to keep the farm moving.

The powerful Puma 180, unfortunately was filling its sump with diesel, the high pressure pump had failed internally and shoved the seals out, we don’t know how it was still running!
And while it was here, fixed the front suspension being stuck on the bump stops and calibrated it and greased round!
