Rex's Speed Shop We are more than specialists in motorcycle electronic ignition & charging systems, we are where vintage meets performance.

We are a specialist electronics company retailing and manufacturing motorcycle electrical parts. We supply AGM Motorcycle batteries, ignition conversions, regulators, rectifiers HT coils and electrical solutions for motorcycles. We offer an Industry leading stator rewind and repair service. Stators are cleaned to bare metal, new insulation applied either using products such as Nomex or a hot dip

coating. Our team of skilled coil winders will then add copper of the correct type and grade to ensure the unit works correctly. Typically we use double coated copper wires rated to Class H. Wires are added by CNC machine or by hand. Our workshops have a full range of insulation testers, growlers, low ohm meters and gauss meters to ensure we can diagnose faults with the generator and test parts after repair. Please note, we don't work on motorcycles - only generators, stators and electrical parts removed from the machine. As a company we are dedicated to training young people to give them hands on skills along with engineering & electronic qualifications.
