Some of the work we’ve completed over the last few months,

The green kitchen was installed for our client by another “professional fitter” supplied by the kitchen manufacturer, sadly they lack the precision they promised and were asked to complete

Everything you see (except the kitchen) was entirely manufactured by ourselves in house

We have rare availability in the next few months after a large project was delayed due to our customers operational requirements, so if you need any build, electrical, bespoke joinery or anything else please get in touch

We are incredibly proud of this project, the meeting room in particular is a highlight of our’s as well as Adam, the managing director at ON.

We were give a basic brief and some AI images of an idea he had, from that we designed and created the stunning meeting room from scratch custom building all aspects of the space

Can you tell which is a AI image and which is real.

Customer gave us a image of what they wanted, we replicate it in real life

Custom built joinery, media walls and just about anything else, we give the customer what they want from the ground up, not just put together standard items

We are incredibly proud to have played a key role in this exciting project, much hard work went into providing a full new electrical installation, custom sliding walls, compressed air systems, bespoke fitted furniture for meeting rooms, offices and staff rest room, flooring and much more to allow this fantastic new facility to be a comfortable and functional as possible

We’ve still been beavering away on the little kitchen extension in Rotherham which we started earlier in the year with another 130 tonnes removed and countless tonnes of stone, concrete plaster and the like brought in much of which is in preparation for nexts springs landscaping work

We have also started a very exciting project in the East Midlands of which we let our client share in due course before their official launch in December but here is a sneak preview

Well we’ve beavering away at this little kitchen extension for the last couple of months, to say this is a mammoth task is one thing.

So far
110+ tonnes removed
10 tonnes of hardcore in
1 tonnes of steel work and reinforcing
500 blocks
20 cubic meters of concrete
3tonnes of timber
5000 nails
70 meters of drains
We will be here for a while yet as there is still plenty to do including a equally impressive landscaping package, but it’s nice to see something for the graft that the team has put in.

Well we’ve been busy as usual. The garage conversion is almost complete, just final touch ups and snagging to do, they were purposefully left until the first week in June to fit with our customers plans for some further work.

We’re 3 weeks into our big summer project, somewhat a simple straightforward kitchen extension/rebuild if it wasn’t for the 3mtr plus bank of solid stone and the layer of stone it’s to be built on, of and add in that access is nowhere near straight forward.

Keep an eye out for more updates as we progress, hopefully we should finish the bulk excavation and demolition this week ready to start building back up

Been a busy couple of weeks, not only are we getting on really well with our Garage conversion project but we’ve been working with Grant Stewart Construction on behalf of Rotherham Borough Council on a couple of tree/vegetation clearance projects to enable stabilisation of some retaining walls.

Thanks to Bear Gardens and Construction of Chesterfield for the specialist equipment and expertise to ensure these jobs went safely and were completed on time

Progressing really well on our North Anston Garage Conversion
First fix electrical complete, plastering completed drainage now complete and the concrete floor went down today, it’s been challenging at times due to unforeseen issues but we’re well on track.

We’re pleased to have started this garage conversion for some fantastic customers in North Anston this week

We always put as much in place as possible to protect customers properties and the general public around our work site, Rubber Ground protection mats to,protect the drive plus barriers etc to keep people at a safe distance from our work area, little things like this can make a massive difference
