Did you know that a SIPs home can be erected approximately 30-40% faster than a traditionally constructed home?

The off-site fabrication process and predictable build programme means that the SIPs structure will typically be weather resistant and ready for hand over to clients and follow-on trades in two to three weeks. For example, a two-storey, 200m2 house will take around three days to fabricate and 10 days to erect. Pretty impressive hey?

We love these photographs of our SIPs project near Leeds. Our client's main requirement was to create a thermally efficient home with a high EPC rating, without having to compromise on design. The superior airtight qualities, low U-values, minimal thermal bridging and flexibility of a Kingspan TEK, SIPs build was the perfect solution and we love it!
