Dormer construction well underway 👌🏼🏗️

Structural steels in, new floor joists installed, and the dormer framing now taking shape. Full temporary roof keeping the project protected while the new structure goes together.

New steels lifted into place ready for the loft transformation to begin taking shape. Tight access, full scaffold setup and plenty of planning to get everything installed safely and accurately. 🔧🏗️

Full barn conversion in progress 🔥

Taking a raw agricultural structure and turning it into a high-end home.

Original oak frame carefully retained and exposed, new structural carpentry threaded through it, and modern upgrades like underfloor heating bringing it up to today’s standards.

This is where old meets new — character on show, but built to perform like a new house.

A lot of planning goes into getting these right… but when it comes together like this, it’s worth it.
