⚠️*Holiday opening hours alert*⚠️
We're closed🌲25-28 December inclusive.

Due to the busy ☃️Christmas postal season ✉️ we may not be able to offer the usual same day results service between 20 Dec - 5 Jan. This is because it's the busiest time of year🤶🏽 for the Royal Mail. Tests not at our lab by 19 December may not be processed and resulted before Christmas. Our team has been working til 8pm to deal with the high volume of pre Christmas tests received on 18th and 19th of December. We will do our best to process these before we close for the holidays. Just bear in mind results sent to us from 20th December onwards are unlikely to be available to you before Christmas.

HEALTH OVER HOLIDAY SEASON
If you're struggling over Christmas do contact The Samaritans📱 116 123 (24/7). If you have a 🏥 medical emergency, please call 🚨 999 or attend A&E.

For non-urgent symptoms, do contact your GP, local pharmacist (Pharmacy First), an urgent walk in centre or call 111.
