🏫 Project Update | Paulet High School & 6th Form College, Burton

We’ve recently completed another phase of our ongoing window replacement project at Paulet High School & 6th Form College working on behalf of John Taylor Multi Academy Trust.

Completed during the school holidays to minimise disruption, this latest phase included:

🔹 Removal of ageing and deteriorating existing windows
🔹 Installation of new aluminium windows
🔹 Associated structural concrete repairs
🔹 External adaptations required as part of the replacement works

The improvements are helping to enhance the thermal performance, security and comfort of the school, while also improving the appearance and long-term condition of the building.

Another successful phase completed, with further works to follow as the programme continues.

🏫 Project complete | Cranberry Academy, Alsager

We’re pleased to share the completed nursery reconfiguration and reception refurbishment at Cranberry Academy in Alsager, delivered for our client St. Bart's Multi-Academy Trust.

The scheme involved extensive refurbishment and reconfiguration works across two key areas of the academy:

Nursery works included:
🔹 Demolition of existing storerooms and stud walls
🔹 Strip-out of existing finishes, WCs, kitchen units and suspended ceilings throughout
🔹 Refurbishment of three sets of WCs
🔹 Refurbishment of the kitchen area
🔹 New suspended ceilings installed throughout
🔹 Complete refurbishment with decoration and new vinyl flooring to the area
🔹 Mechanical and electrical alterations throughout

Reception works included:
🔹 Complete strip-out of the existing area
🔹 Formation of a new opening to incorporate the bursar’s office
🔹 New stud walling and doorsets
🔹 New suspended ceiling
🔹 New LED lighting
🔹 New flooring
🔹 Complete decoration

The completed scheme has created a safe, modern and fully compliant nursery setting, enhancing the learning environment for young children and staff, alongside a more welcoming and practical reception area.

New project underway at Bailey Street Alternative Provision Academy in Stafford for our client Manor Hall Academy Trust

Our team is delivering a range of improvements designed to enhance the school's facilities for both staff and pupils, including:

✔️ Removal of the existing cycle shelter and construction of a new cycle shelter.
✔️ Removal of an existing roller shutter to create a new opening into the gym, complete with new cladding and a steel door to match the existing building.
✔️ Refurbishment of the office area to create a larger, more functional workspace for staff.
✔️ Resolving a damp issue within the WC facilities, followed by a full refurbishment of the WC area.

We're looking forward to sharing the progress and completed transformation over the coming weeks.

What a transformation! ✨

Yesterday we completed the full refurbishment of the existing hardwood parquet floor at Needwood Primary School in Newborough, bringing it back to life with a stunning finish.

Years of wear have been carefully removed to reveal the natural beauty of the timber beneath, leaving a durable, high-quality floor that looks as good as new and is ready to be enjoyed by pupils and staff for many years to come.

⛳️ What a fantastic day at the Katharine House Hospice Charity Golf Day 2026!

RAE BUILD was proud to once again support this brilliant event, held on 2nd July at Brocton Hall Golf Club, helping to raise vital funds for the incredible work carried out by Katharine House Hospice, Stafford for local patients and their families. 💙
