A job over in uttoxeter almost completed. Just some oak doors and skirting to be fitted.

This job started off as a kitchen extension. To knock an internal load bearing wall down, that was replaced with a steel.

In the end the job turned out to be almost a full house renovation.

A “little big job” last week.

- Removal of old perished boot lintels.
- New cavity trays installed.
- New lintels for support as a replacement.
- Brickwork with the best match
- Plaster boarded and plastered internally.

A listed building Bat Barn, completed a couple of months ago for a lovely couple. After bat surveys completed for a barn conversion they had to have this port converted to vacate the bats from the barn into the loft space of this port.

- Part of the stone walls taken down.
- New foundations.
- Stone work rebuilt including the end gable.
- All of the joinery work
- Tiling and lead work

A Kitchen job we did a few weeks ago. Removal of a wall holding the island, floor patching, ceilings lowered and boarded out then finished with a plaster skim!
Then onto Kieran Mullock for the kitchen fitting! Absolute quality!
