A closer look at the downstairs bathrooms at Barn Owl Farm 🏡

Clean, modern finishes throughout, with warm neutral tiling, sleek wall-hung fittings, spacious walk-in showers and beautifully illuminated mirrors. We especially love the herringbone tiling bringing a little extra character to the space.

The newly completed utility room keeps things clean, bright and practical, with shaker-style cabinetry, plenty of storage, marble-effect splashback, integrated worktops and dedicated space for the washing machine.

Take a further look inside the finished downstairs space at Barn Owl Farm, where clean lines, natural light and warm oak finishes create a bright, contemporary home.

At the heart of the space is this beautiful modern staircase, combining oak, glass balustrading and integrated lighting to create a real feature while connecting the open-plan living areas with the floor above.

Starting in the heart of the home — the kitchen.

A bright, open space combining traditional detailing with a clean contemporary finish. Bespoke cabinetry, statement stone surfaces, integrated appliances and an abundance of natural light come together to create a kitchen made for everyday living.

Earlier this week, we shared a behind-the-scenes look at our work at St Margaret's Hospice. Today, we're taking a closer look at the progress through these latest site photos 🏠

From bright, welcoming patient rooms to light-filled communal spaces, every stage of this project brings us one step closer to creating an environment that provides comfort, dignity and care for those who need it most.
