Another cottage on Wyld Court estate where we have fitted a new cylinder in the loft powered by a Civet air source heat pump. Extensive new pipework enabled heating via radiators both upstairs and downstairs. The whole project was carried out in conjunction with our sister company Chris Jones and Son Plumbing and Heating who supplied and fitted the bathroom and cloakroom. Another successful renovation of a period cottage in Yattendon by Berkshire Renewables.

The cottage has had underfloor heating installed, lots of insulation and topped off with heating via radiators upstairs.

The whole system is powered by a Clivet Air Source Heat Pump.

This was a refurbishment of a 1970s bungalow.

This was a bungalow of not very efficient design and build with an EPC rating of an E. Post completion the new installation improved it to a C rating. This required uplifting the existing floors and replacing with underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump sited externally at the rear of the building.

We installed a huge amount of insulation in the walls and ceiling whilst putting in the extensive pipework to connect the new pressurised hot water cylinder to the system.
