We had a brilliant weekend at Clay Pigeon for Round 2 of the championship 🏁

Morgan had an especially strong performance, taking 2 wins and a second place in the heats, before the karting heavens opened for the final race 🌧️

Despite the conditions, Morgan finished P1 and Riley came home P3 👏

Amazing results all round and a huge congratulations to both drivers going into Round 3 🔥

Many people think fire sprinklers instantly spray water the second there’s smoke… but concealed fire sprinklers actually work in stages.

First, the cover plate drops away once it reaches a certain temperature.

Then, as the heat continues to rise, the sprinkler head behind it activates and releases water.

It’s a controlled response designed to react to real fire conditions, not small everyday things like steam or burnt toast.

That short delay between the cover plate falling and the sprinkler activating is all part of how concealed systems are engineered to work properly when they’re genuinely needed 🔥

A fire can spread through a building far quicker than most people realise.

By the time flames are visible, heat and smoke may already be causing serious damage.

That’s why having the right protection in place matters so much.

Fire sprinkler systems activate automatically when temperatures rise, helping to control the fire early and reduce the impact before it escalates.

Protecting your building starts long before an emergency happens 🔥

Fire doesn’t care where you are or what you have.

At home, in the office, in a new development or a long-standing building, the risk is the same if there’s no protection in place.

What does make the difference is how prepared you are.

Fire sprinklers step in automatically to help control a fire early, protecting both people and property when it matters most.

It’s not about who you are.

It’s about whether you’re protected.

Long weekend, time to switch off a bit… but quick question 👇

What fire protection methods do you have in place?

Fire alarms will alert you that something’s wrong.

Fire sprinklers step in and help control the fire.

The best protection comes from having both working together, especially when no one’s around to react straight away.

Enjoy the bank holiday, but it’s always worth knowing your building is properly protected too 🔥

We’ve started work on a new project in Firhouse, Dublin, a mixed-use development across two blocks, combining residential units with commercial and retail space.

Projects like this bring different environments together, which makes getting fire protection right even more important.

We’ll be designing and installing systems that support both living and working spaces within the development.

Looking forward to seeing this one progress!

The truth is, different systems do different jobs.

Fire alarms alert you that something’s wrong.

Fire sprinklers actually step in and help control the fire.

When used together, they create a much stronger level of protection.

It’s not about choosing one over the other, it’s about making sure your building is properly protected from start to finish.

If you’re not sure what your setup should look like, feel free to get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Fire sprinklers play a key role by stepping in automatically when heat rises, helping to control the situation early and protect both people and property.

If you’re not completely sure your building has what it needs, it might be worth taking a closer look.
