Steel beams all in now, old walls removed and some new walls built, it’s really opened the house up now, giving a much better feel to the place now the rooms are larger.
With the structural work about done it will be over to other trades to do their part in taking this project a step closer to being completed.

A little progress update on this project, a lot has been done taking this property back to its bare bones and now those bones are being transformed into something new.
Chimney stack taken down completely, top to bottom, this has opened up the rooms it occupied creating more space and is paving the way for more walls to be removed, opening up the property further.

The first phase of this project is now done, a rubble overgrown part of the garden cleared and slabbed using some existing old slabs.
It looks great and has transformed an unused part of the garden into a patio for when we get better weather or even a shed base.
