Mini GP1 • A Rare One 🏁

This super low mileage Mini GP1 came to us for a thorough service and health check.

Collected from the customer using our own transport service, we carried out the following maintenance using genuine Mini parts throughout:

✔ Engine oil
✔ Oil filter & sump plug
✔ Gearbox oil
✔ Spark plugs
✔ Header tank & cap
✔ Coolant
✔ Fuel filter
✔ Cabin filter

While it was with us, we also took the opportunity to make a few worthwhile upgrades and improvements:

🔧 Replaced the original run-flat tyres with some chunky spec continentals for better ride quality
🔧 New wiper blades ~ Bosch aero spec
🔧 ITG Pro air filter
🔧 Brake fluid changed and system bleed with motul RBF660
🔧 Fresh MOT

The first-generation GP is becoming increasingly collectible, so keeping on top of preventative maintenance is essential. This one is now ready to be enjoyed exactly as it should be.

Once completed, it was delivered safely back to the customer’s door.

1998 Porsche 911 (996 C2) 😮‍💨

The last time I worked on this car, I couldn’t achieve the correct rear toe settings due to the original eccentric adjusters being worn. Matt opted to fit adjustable rear toe arms, which worked a treat and allowed me to get everything set up correctly.

H&R anti-roll bars were fitted prior and I adjusted them accordingly to suit the type of driving the car is used for.

BMW F87 M4

Car came in with a rattle and straight away I noticed the droplinks were way too long and actual fouling on the lower arm in droop causing some witness marks.

The spherical joints were also shot so I replaced them for Nitron units which are by far the best bang for buck on the market with fully sealed rod ends.

Uprated rear subframe bolts installed with new pinch bolts

Full spanner check carried out
