We’re pleased to announce that Daikin is the first manufacturer to have multi‑split air‑to‑air heat pumps listed on the MCS Product Directory. A total of 65 residential multi‑split and Multi+ combinations have been successfully certified, with more products to be added in the coming months.

This is an important step for installers, multi‑split systems can meet whole‑home heating demand from a single outdoor unit, and MCS certification gives complete assurance around efficiency, durability, and safety.

Certification also enables eligibility for government incentives such as the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, Warm Homes: Local Grant, and the Warm Homes: Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.

Note for installers: To secure any grant funding, only exact combinations listed on the MCS directory can be specified, please verify details prior to quoting.

Fresh off the tools — a Daikin 2.5kW single split system fitted for a customer in Normanton today, bringing efficient cooling and heating to the bedroom.

Outdoor unit neatly mounted and the team hard at it getting the indoor head fitted (didn't manage to grab a photo of the finished indoor unit this time — camera roll fail on our part, not the install! 😅).

Another great install this week from the UltraOne team — a Daikin Perfera multi-split system fitted for a lovely customer in South Elmsall, giving them cooling in summer and efficient heating in the colder months, all from one outdoor unit.

The customer opted for white trunking to match the fascias, keeping the pipework blending neatly into the exterior. Sleek Daikin indoor units fitted in the lounge and bedroom, both blending straight into the decor.
