Along with our monthly team briefing BBQ’s, charity days and staff socials - the wellbeing of our team is integral to our company values and remains a continuous priority as our team and company grow.

Next up in our staff spotlight series we have Henry Allison, Engineering Apprentice, who spoke of his time at Amarinth so far:

“I’ve been an apprentice at Amarinth for over 10 months. I was welcomed by the team from the start and got to have immediate hands-on engineering experience. With the day release for college each week, the theory of my apprenticeship ties in well with the practical experience I’m gaining at Amarinth. Getting to build pumps already has been very rewarding and I’m really excited to be working on the bigger orders with the team in the coming months.

Amarinth are a great company to work for and I’m really excited to continue my apprenticeship.”

Many thanks to Henry for sharing his experience so far as an apprentice here at Amarinth. It’s important to Amarinth that we support local apprentices and our range of opportunities in collaboration with allow aspiring apprentices to explore a range of avenues in the field.
