Successful handover with in Aberystwyth after completing an external scheme comprising of extensive timber sash window repairs, roofing overhaul and full external decoration ✅

Works had to be undertaken after summer holidays due to a scaffolding embargo with the local authority, not ideal considering the summer we had, but the team managed to make the most of the weather between several storms to get the job completed 🚧👷🏼🔨

Problem - Metal fire escape causing problems with damp due to lack of drainage and also health and safety issue when wet ⛔️

Solution - batten out and increase pitch away from building, overboard with OSB, install new flashings, fibreglass matted first coat, anti grit top coat, install rainwater pipe and tie into drain. No more damp walls, no more slips ✅

Another effective job done for 👏🏼
