Optic nerve damage can lead to permanent vision loss, with few options to repair the damage

Our latest preclinical results from the Goldschleger Eye Institute at Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer Center showed improved retinal responses following ExoPTEN treatment in an animal model of optic nerve injury.

These encouraging findings support our plans to advance the program to a larger-animal study, an important step toward potential human clinical evaluation.

Australia has granted NurExone a patent covering the production of extracellular vesicles from stem cells, further expanding the Company’s international patent family around exosome biomanufacturing.
