OEM Workshop 2026 in Gambellara – Driving Collaboration and Growth.

On May 26–27, 2026, EPE hosted its international OEM workshop at the company’s headquarters in Gambellara. OEM sales teams from Turkey, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and the UK, together with engineers from the Industrial Business Unit (IBU), came together to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration.

Since the establishment of the IBU in 2016 as a dedicated unit for tailor-made pump solutions for the OEM market, EPE has tripled its OEM revenue in Europe and positioned itself as a strong partner for machine- and system builders.

The workshop combined team-building activities with technical training sessions on Spandau machine tool pumps and the latest product innovations, including VFDs and IE5 motors. A key focus was mutual learning: each regional team presented its business activities, sharing valuable insights and best practices.

Participants left Italy highly motivated, inspired by new ideas and equipped with fresh opportunities to grow their local markets.

How do you turn theory into practice? By bringing students directly into production.⚙️

We had the pleasure of welcoming third- and fourth-year students from the Segato Institute, specializing in mechanics, automation, and manufacturing processes, for a morning inside our Gambellara facility.

After a brief introduction to the world of EBARA, we jumped straight into the heart of operations: production lines, automation systems, manufacturing processes, and even a sneak peek at our future automated warehouse. 👀

But the experience didn’t stop with the tour. Back in the classroom, we worked together on a hands-on pump selection exercise based on different application needs, a practical way to turn technical concepts into real-world experience.

We believe that opening our company doors to young people creates value: for them, by giving them a closer look at the industrial world; for us, by bringing fresh questions, curiosity, and inspiring new perspectives every time.

Roots and Future: Our Experience at the GLOW Project in Japan.

We flew to Japan for the launch of the GLOW Project: a strategic initiative designed to promote marketing excellence and drive growth and evolution across seven key global segments.

Colleagues from different sister companies came together to share ideas and perspectives. A combination of backgrounds that transforms analysis into vision, fostering the development of solid and integrated solutions. In this shared environment, collaboration becomes a method, and the exchange of viewpoints becomes a catalyst for new global strategies

To strengthen our connection with the roots of the EBARA Group, we took part in a traditional tea ceremony and visited the Hatakeyama Museum.
A special thank you to 株式会社荏原製作所 for the hospitality, and to everyone who shared this meaningful week with us.

We are leaving Japan not only with a roadmap for the future, but with a united global team ready to grow and create value across every segment, building success for our clients around the world.
This is only the beginning of a journey destined to evolve and generate lasting value over time.

🧯 EBARA Fire-Fighting Academy: al fianco della formazione di Tecnici antincendio.

Quattro giorni che hanno visto alcuni dei nostri centri assistenza, provenienti da tutta Italia, riunirsi nella nostra sede di Gambellara (VI) per un percorso strutturato per supportare l’adeguamento al Decreto Controlli (DM 1° settembre 2021), che introduce l’obbligo di certificazione dei manutentori entro settembre 2026.

Il programma, curato da un ente esterno specializzato, ha alternato momenti in aula - dedicati alla normativa e all’analisi di casi reali - ad attività operative svolte su un nostro gruppo antincendio, con l’obiettivo di consolidare competenze direttamente applicabili nel lavoro quotidiano.

Grazie a tutti i partecipanti e all’ente formatore per il contributo e la partecipazione attiva: il confronto su esperienze reali ha reso questa iniziativa ancora più ricca e di valore.
