The recipe for a successful Mid-Year Get-Together?🍦
A pinch of numbers, a great group of people, two achievements to celebrate… all seasoned with food trucks and ice cream.

Our Mid-Year Get-Together took place in Gambellara and Cles, with two moments dedicated to discussion, listening, and sharing: an opportunity to review the company’s performance, share goals, and look ahead to future opportunities together with EBARA Pumps Europe Managing Director Mr. Corrado Braconi.

In Gambellara, we also had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Shu Nagata, President of the Building Service Industry Division Company, who shared a special memory from his experience in Italy with us.

But the Mid-Year Get-Together was also a chance to celebrate the achievements we have reached: from sporting milestones to the recognition received through the EBARA Global Challenge Award for the project dedicated to ergonomics on the production line.🏆

A blend of dialogue, listening, and sharing that reflects the way we grow: with people at the heart of everything we do.

🎉Happy DKE Day!
One year old, and still going strong. (Especially when it comes to preventing clogs.)

Its first appearance? ECOMONDO. Then came MCE, followed by IFAT, where we had the chance to showcase DKE from a whole new perspective… literally from the inside out.
Thanks to our cutaway model, we revealed what usually stays hidden: the core of DKE’s anti-clogging technology and the engineering behind its ability to tackle even the toughest wastewater applications.

Black water, sewage, fibrous materials, ropes, plastics and other solids: when a pump operates in these environments, stopping is simply not an option.
That’s exactly why DKE was designed. Its cutting and grinding system breaks down even the most challenging solids, allowing them to pass through the pump smoothly and continuously, ensuring reliable performance even under the toughest operating conditions.

And the journey brought another important milestone: during the GWiOP Congress in Poland, DKE received the TYTAN 2025 award, a recognition that highlights the innovation behind this new generation of submersible pumps and the commitment of our engineering teams.

What we're most proud of is seeing DKE continue to deliver reliable performance, day after day, with no compromises and no downtime.

Update to the "Unofficial EBARA Friday Night Handbook"🏆
The finals are over... which means it's time to add a few new rules.
🥇 Rule #6: Winning trophies feels pretty good. (And yes, we brought home 1st place in football!)
🥈 Rule #7: A 2nd-place finish in bocce is definitely something to be proud of.
🙌 Rule #8: Cheering from the sidelines is a sport in its own right.
💙 Rule #9: The best result of all? Building a stronger team.

Over the past two weeks, we shared much more than matches. We shared laughs, strategies, encouragement, and plenty of great moments together. Between goals, spikes and perfectly placed bocce shots, we were reminded that true teamwork doesn't just happen on the field.

The tournament may be over, but the cheers, the friendly rivalries and the inevitable "post-match analysis" are still echoing through the office.
A huge thank you to everyone who played, cheered us on and helped make this event such a success.

Because the greatest achievement isn't the trophy on the shelf..It's knowing that our strongest teamwork starts long before the opening whistle... and continues every day at work.👏

"The Unofficial Match Manual"🏐
Rule #1: don’t call it an “intercompany tournament.” That’s way too limiting. This is something more serious: sport survival with team spirit.
Rule #2: you arrive thinking you’ll just “play a couple of easy matches” and end up cheering like it’s a World Cup final (without even realizing it).
Rule #3: bocce is never “just bocce.” It’s strategy, precision, and those suspicious moments of silence right before the throw.🎯
Rule #4: EBARA teams don’t just “take part”… they line up. Two football teams, two volleyball teams and seven bocce teams turning Friday night into a mini internal league.
Rule #5: the highlights don’t only happen on the field… but also off it. From people running between matches, to “refereeing discussions,” to nonstop cheering for everyone and everything.

Unwritten conclusion: you show up to play… and end up laughing and having fun the whole evening.

Next stop: the semi-finals and final on July 3rd. And at that point, the manual will probably need an update!
