We proudly present Project D191, a 5,100 SqFt contemporary tropical residence combining modern architecture, natural materials, and climate-responsive design. Inspired by Contemporary Tropical Architecture with Modern Vernacular influences, the residence features a prominent pitched roof, deep overhangs, warm timber finishes, textured walls, and expansive glazing.
The dramatic double-height glazed façade highlights the exposed roof structure while maximizing natural light. Curved architectural openings, decorative screens, brick accents, balconies, pergolas, and integrated tropical landscaping add depth and character.
