Embracing the comfort of spacious kitchens, Broadview Materials shows how a historic villa in Lake Como can reflect the combination of elegance and conviviality.

The yellow Formica® drawers, FENIX® Verde Kitami counter and Nero Ingo of the top, create a luminous living kitchen where colours are protagonists. The refinement of these surface materials with matt tones gives a natural sense of welcoming and sharing to the whole design.

Broadview Materials were chosen for the kitchen project of a luxury villa in Tirana (Albania). Part of the residential complex Elysium Residence, the villa was refurbished by Toska Trading Group

Arpa®’s dark wood decor Noce Savoia and the travertine-inspired Trevi were applied to the side cabinets, countertop and backsplash. Adding a deep colour touch in between this wood and stone contrast, the doors of the wall and downside units reveal the velvety allure of FENIX® Verde Comodoro.

“This is a custom-designed residential kitchen, tailored to the client’s needs, with particular attention to functionality and aesthetics,” said Elsa Toska, the founder of the group.
