March Cato is once again a proud finalist in the New Zealand Workplace Health & Safety Awards and especially so in the 2026 in the category of Engagement because we have such an awesome team of people who speak up, get involved and care for each other. We thank the Safeguard events team and the judges and congratulate our fellow finalists. Cheers to everyone at March Cato for making health, safety and wellbeing a part of who we are, what we do and why we turn up for each other, everyday.

The annual New Zealand Workplace Health & Safety Awards have been run since 2005. They are organised by Safeguard with the support of WorkSafe New Zealand and ACC. The call for entries is now CLOSED

March Cato is proud to have supported this year’s MATES in Construction NZ campaign and raise some important funds and awareness on mental health and su***de prevention. Our very own Super Mario Lawrence was the 4th highest individual fundraiser in Aotearoa, leading the way for March Cato to be the 5th highest fundraising team. An honour and privilege to walk the final lap with the team from MATES at the fortress Eden Park yesterday.
