Our latest Reno for an awesome family. Our clients took possession late October and we were onto demo first thing last Monday morning.
Week one done and dusted and stoked with the quick decision making from our clients, the buy in from the clients selected subs (and ours) to try and meet our ambitious programme to get the family in for Christmas.

Wrapping up 2024 was the completion of the Te Arai North Course Clubhouse. The use of the Greenheart beams and cedar throughout from the design by Cheshire Architects and supplied by BBS makes the clubhouse one of the most beautiful builds we have helped produce.

Last week Chris & the team officially started onsite on the Toi Apartments for Ockham on Carrington Rd, Point Chevalier.
Our works begin with the suspended ceilings to the ground floor on Building 4 Apartments which are all as per the original programme.
Nice to be working again with Brevity (Seismic Engineers) and SRP with the supply on this one.

Te Arai Links North course four bedroom villas were handed over earlier this year. Our teams on the internal finishing of these six villas did an outstanding job and many thanks to Te Arai Links and Ricky Robinson for the photos.

For the last few months Chris & the team have been busy rebuilding the ceilings in another apartment rebuild for Brosnan. Owners & tenants should be moving back in end of the first quarter of 2025.

Another quality build completed for our epic client Viking Developments on Waiheke Island. Six months from establishing onsite to the keys handed over.

The month of July was a massive one for the team.
All framing completed and passed.
GIB Weather-line and building wrap underway along with Nuwall and brick cladding. Fresh update coming soon.

Team on our Waiheke build are absolutely crushing it. Have handed over internally now to while we carry on with the board & batten cladding and decking.

13/08/2024

Onto the final stages now at our Orakei project. Last of the Nuwall cladding going up and then the remaining scaffold to be fully dropped in August.

Landscaping crews have moved onto site for their works and Brightline should be all done onsite end of August.

Feb has been a very productive month onsite at our Orakei townhouse project. All our windows in and suspended ceilings completed to 4 out of the 6 blocks.

March will see us begin our Abodo & Nuwall cladding!

Our first project for is underway in Glenfield.

Plan is to have all 8 townhouses handed over prior to Xmas 2024!
