A bit of a different supply and install for us last month.

Using the bones of a DPS170, our team redesigned and customised this unit to meet the customer’s specific site and operational requirements.

The build included:

- Conversion from mechanical to electronic governing
- Nano clear coating for additional protection
- C4 corrosion treatment and paint
- Custom 495L fuel tank
- Camfil air filtration system
- Full controller upgrade
- Dedicated load bank connections
- Additional acoustic attenuation
- Seismic anchors for secure installation

This is a good example of what we can do beyond supplying an off the shelf generator. When a project has specific environmental, acoustic, control, fuel capacity or installation requirements, we can engineer the package around the application.
