What started as an empty patch of dirt in Sheffield is now a giant hay shed....emphasis on the GIANT part, it's massive.

This was a mammoth build.
It took late nights, grafting even in the wet weather, and a crew who kept showing up and getting it done.

We’ve shared this one as a picture journey from start to finish, from empty land, to poles going up, to a huge shed that’ll be earning its keep for a long time yet.

Huge credit to the lads for the mahi on this one, and a big thanks to Glenrowan Feeds for trusting us with a project of this size.

🛠️ Holiday Shutdown Dates

We’ll be dropping tools after our last day on Friday 19th December and firing the coffee machine back up on Wednesday 14th January.

A huge shoutout to our crew for giving it everything they’ve got, and to our clients for trusting us with their dream spaces.

If you need us before we sneak off for a well-deserved break, now’s a great time to sing out.

📸 We’re finally breaking ground in West Melton.

Our clients have stayed positive through delays outside of anyone’s control and as soon as consent landed, we had everything mapped out and were ready to roll. Straight from the signed paperwork to the digger bucket.

This stage is always exciting, watching the plans on paper transform to progress on site. With the pool house taking shape against that lush farmland backdrop, it’s safe to say this one’s going to be special.

When your dream build turns stressful, the right crew makes all the difference.

This 5⭐️ Google review came from a client whose builder went into liquidation mid-project, leaving behind a half-finished home and a whole lot of stress, all while a new baby was on the way.

We fixed the issues, finished the build and did everything we could to show them what the building experience should feel like: clear communication, solid workmanship and trust from start to finish.

📸 Behind the build: Mt Pleasant

So many clever architectural details included in this extravagant build, from the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck to the circular steps that welcome you at the front entrance.

On the exterior, rustic Corten steel contrasts beautifully against the dark textural brick with an accent of Kwila hardwood for balustrades, decking and fencing.

We were absolutely wrapped to be a part of this build, a project that demanded precision, patience and a crew who isn’t afraid of a decent slope.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about building on a hill, it’s about creating a home that feels effortless to live in, no matter how complex the details behind it.

📸 There’s something about seeing the grass go down, the decks and gates stained and the front door ready to be unlocked, that moment when a build becomes a home.

Lot 1 Harakeke Street is officially handed over and the new owners spent their first weekend settling in. No more site visits or countdowns, just coffee on the deck, the kids running barefoot on the lawn and that quiet feeling of “this is ours.”

It’s easy to get caught up in materials and timelines, but this is the part that matters most, when the house fits like it was always meant to.

Next door, Lot 2 is steaming ahead, Stria cladding is on, GIB’s going up and all the fun stuff starts from here.
