This Cashmere alteration is a great example of making the most of the space you already have. By keeping within the existing footprint, we're able to upgrade key areas of the home while keeping timelines tighter and disruption to a minimum.

The team is currently underway with demolition and framing, setting the project up for the next stage of works. Once complete, this space will provide greater flexibility for the homeowners, whether that's accommodating extended family, creating a self-contained living area, or unlocking additional rental potential.
