Last week our scaffolding team hosted a height rescue demonstration for the Naylor Love team at forte health , right here on site. It was a powerful reminder of the skills, teamwork, and careful planning that keep everyone safe at height.

We’re incredibly proud to bring demonstrations like this into our work. Safety isn’t just a policy for us—it's a core value we live every day on site, in training, and in our everyday operations. When we practice rescue scenarios, we’re investing in peace of mind for our crew, our partners, and the project as a whole.

We recently took every member of our team to the New One NZ Stadium for the Crusaders’ very first game there, and I’m still riding the warm glow of the evening. This milestone isn’t just about a win on the field—it’s about every scaffold tube we've stood, every hour logged, and every cross-town moment spent building something we’re all proud of.

To our incredible staff: you’ve poured heart and soul into this journey over the last few years. Your teamwork, dedication, and unwavering belief in what we we’re creating have made this day possible. This trip was our small, heartfelt thank-you for everything you’ve done, and a celebration of the community we’ve built together.

Seeing the Crusaders clinch that victory felt like the perfect nod to all the hard work you’ve put in—proof that when we come together, we win, not just on the scoreboard, but in the lives we touch and the futures we help shape.
