We had the privilege to repair and restore a traditional John Dore Copper Still for Scapegrace Distillery in Cromwell.
This involved transporting it to our workshop in Dunedin to replace insulation and missing panels, and a new covering to bring the Still up to current safety standards with a polish and new protectant coating.

Our team re-installed the Still back into the new distillery using Fairfield Transport Ltd Dunedin for their care and reliability.

This is another manufacture and installation for the new Dunedin Hospital Outpatient's building. The team at Metalworks Otago fabricated 'webforge' gates in a heavy-duty industrial design and made provisions for maglock swipe card readers to be fitted (with)in the gates.

The gates were powder-coated by the team at Escudo Coatings Limited using a 3 coat system resulting in a 10 year Dulux warranty - so they are built to last!

Dunedin Hospital’s outpatients building required a privacy screen for the building's services. This screen also needed to allow airflow through the mechanical equipment.
Steel supports and louvers met these requirements and provided security with an aesthetic appearance.
