This one’s big for us.

There was a moment during framing on this job where I just stood there and took it in.

Not because of the build itself, but because of what this project actually represents.

This one was always bigger than timber and steel. The story behind it, and what it means to the clients, carries a lot of weight. Being trusted to bring that to life is something I don’t take lightly.

The vision from the clients, along with Adam from , set the tone from day one. It pushed the project to be what it needed to be, and it’s a big part of why it means as much as it does.

We’re proud of delivering a successful project, but that’s only part of it.

A genuine thank you to the clients for the trust they placed in us. And to everyone who played a part along the way, it took a proper team to get this one there.

Class 5 Truck Driver Required

We are looking for experienced Truck Driver to join our team to work between our Transporter and Metal Truck and Trailer unit and there will also be times you are required to help our earthworks team out by operating a roller or moxy.

What we are Looking For

Class 5 drivers licence holders. WTR would be a bonus too.
At least 3 years’ experience Class 5
Excellent jack knife skills
Excellent tipping and spreading skills, with trailer units.
Safe, competent and confident drivers in both tight urban spaces and in rural environments

Forestry Roading Machine Operator Required

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our dynamic team working within our Forestry Roading Crew on SH5 Napier. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for operating heavy machinery, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities

Operate earthmoving equipment including excavators, bulldozers, graders, and loaders.
Perform General Earthworks, building forestry roads.
Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Follow safety protocols and site procedures.
Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew.

Requirements
Proven experience operating earthmoving machinery
Valid NZ driver’s license (WTR endorsements preferred)
Strong understanding of health and safety practices
Ability to read site plans and follow instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.

Role:
Is for a skilled operator in the Forestry Roading & General Earthworks sector. Whether it be forestry roading projects, site works, loading bulk, final trims or digging in and around services you will have a firm focus on health and safety with a solid background in machine operation.
You will be operating arrange of machine anywhere from 5T – 30T Diggers, Bulldozers, Grader, and Rollers.
What we are looking for:
• Skilled machine operator who has gained a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in this field
• Must have experience in running a small crew of staff in a forestry roading contract or running a crew on one of our other projects.
• Current WTR
• Understand the importance of Health & Safety
• Understand the importance of Machine Maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Not afraid to get stuck in and work both in and out of the machines.
• Prepared to undertake other duties when required.
• Fit and active with a can-do and team-focussed attitude.
