Some mornings you just want to sit outside with a coffee, and the weather doesn’t always agree.

A clear roof fixes that. The rain stays off, the sky stays in, and the deck underneath turns into somewhere you actually use. The dark frame matches the weatherboards, so it looks like it has always been part of the house.

Next time it rains, you could be out here listening to it instead of watching it through the window.

Covered by our 10-year workmanship guarantee.

Most decks clock off at sunset. This one doesn't.

That's the difference a proper louvre canopy makes... you're not racing the light to finish dinner outside, not dragging chairs back in because a cloud rolled over. The roof adjusts, the space stays yours, whatever the sky's doing.

We built this one to handle everything New Zealand throws at it, and backed it with a 10-year warranty so it's still doing its job long after the photos are taken.

If your outdoor space shuts down the second the sun does, that's worth a conversation.

The best part of a good canopy shows up once the work is done. It’s that first evening you step outside without checking the sky.

This one wraps around the corner of the home and covers the deck below, so there’s shelter whichever way the weather is coming from. The dark frame picks up the tones of the cladding, and in this light it looks like it was always meant to be there.

That’s what we aim for with every build: something that suits the house and holds up to New Zealand weather, so the family gets more room to actually live.

Built by our team and covered by our 10-year workmanship guarantee.

Another canopy done, and this one came with a brand new deck underneath. 🏡

The clear roof keeps the rain off but still lets the daylight through, so the house doesn’t end up darker. The black frame sits nicely against the white brick, and the deck gives the family a proper spot they can use all year.

It’s all covered by our 10-year workmanship guarantee.

Most people never see what actually goes into a project like this — just the finished photos. So here’s the real thing, start to finish.

What you’re looking at isn’t a quick add-on job. It’s a custom-built canopy and roller blind setup, measured and made for this specific space, put together by the same team from first post to final blind. No subcontractors passing the job around, no generic kitset stretched to fit.

10-year workmanship guarantee. NZ-made. Built to handle whatever the weather does next.

Shan Vaillour walks you through one of our favourite recent builds. 🎥

A canopy with an aluminium frame and polycarbonate roof, then built out into a proper all-weather living space:

🚪 Clear glass sliding doors across the front. They open all the way to one side, so the space can feel fully open or fully closed in.
🪟 Roller blinds on the sides for privacy. Roll them down when it’s windy or wet, and all the way up when you want the breeze.
👨‍👩‍👧 The family living here, kids included, are using it every day.

Oliver, what are you doing up there? 😅

Yeah, I know… “Quality control.”

But please guys don’t try this at home. This one was staged, and canopy roofs are not for standing on. 🙅

Your deck is already there. Now it works in every kind of weather. 🌧️

We added a clear-roof canopy over this existing deck, so the space stays bright and the family can step outside whatever the sky is doing.

What it gives you:

☀️ Natural light, because the clear roof keeps the space open and bright
🪵 A deck that stays out of the worst of the weather
