Caleb just took home SECOND PLACE at the Master Builders Apprentice of the Year awards for the Central & Upper South Island!
Getting on the podium against the sharpest young builders in the region is a massive achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of the grit he showed to get there.

We are on the hunt for a top-tier Foreman to run our architectural sites across the Nelson Tasman region. 🐺⚒️

We need someone with technical knowledge, an eye for the sharpest details, and the grit to lead the boys from the front.
In return, you get to build some epic residential & commercial builds in the region alongside a crew that knows how to put in the hard graft and have a laugh while doing it.

We are proud to announce that Sef is officially a qualified builder. He has been grafting hard, showing up and getting it done. He’s now got the paperwork!

Watch out Christchurch, our young wolf is incoming! 🐺
This weekend, our very own Caleb is stepping up to the plate at the Apprentice Of The Year competition.
Caleb has been putting in the absolute hard yards for us, bringing his A-game to our builds and keeping the rest of the pack on their toes. It takes serious grit and precision to work at this level, and we see the dedication he brings to the site every single day.
Now it’s time to show the judges how the Big Bad Wolf team gets the job done. We couldn’t be prouder to have him representing us on the big stage.

The professional shots of our recent commercial fit-out have landed, and the finish is looking flawless. We brought the signature Big Bad Wolf standard into the corporate space, transforming this Nelson Tasman office into a sharp, inspiring place to work. It’s amazing what a combination of floor-to-ceiling glass, natural light, and custom timber detailing can do.

Huge day on site in Motueka - The boys have been putting in the hard yards to get the pod floor down, and today we finally poured the slab for the brand new Huia Rugby club rooms. 🏉
This build has truly taken a village. There have been so many moving parts, but the pack got it done. A massive thank you to everyone who has pitched in, helped out, and donated to the rugby club to get us to this milestone.
Proud to be building this space for our local legends. Stay tuned for more updates as we go vertical!

The roof is on in the sounds and not even the Big Bad Wolf is blowing this off. 🐺💨 With the profile of this build really starting to take shape, we can confidently say this is going to be the exact place we’d want to be all summer long.
