🏡 Scotland Street Update!

It's been a busy few weeks juggling a few different projects, but we're back at Scotland Street to share some of the latest progress.

A new entrance door made by Design Windows,v-groove panelling throughout the entrance and stairwell, and plenty of progress upstairs.

The new laundry sliders and toilet cavity slider are in, Brumwell Painting have worked their magic, and the walls are now finished in a beautiful cream colour.

The laminate flooring is also complete throughout the top floor, and we're loving how it's all coming together!

And how good is this toilet looking? Those deep green tiles really make a statement and have transformed the space! 👌

We've still got a few more weeks here, with the bathroom, deck and electrical fit-out left to complete.

Stay tuned for the final reveal. It's all starting to come together nicely!

🏠 Scotland Renovation – Progress Update

The team have been flat out over the last month getting stuck into the next stage of the renovation.

A huge amount of work has gone into levelling and feathering the existing floors, smoothing out all the bumps and hollows to get a nice, even surface ready for the new flooring.

We’ve also had Broadway Electrical on site completing the pre-wire, along with:
🔨 New insulation throughout
🔧 Plumbing installation
📐 Gib board installed

Next up is gib stopping, then we’ll really start seeing this renovation come together!

Keep following along for more progress videos from the Scotland Street renovation. 👌

🔨 Quick update from the Scotland Renovation!

The team has been busy behind the scenes, straightening the walls, levelling the floors and getting all the new windows glazed and completed.

At this stage, it’s definitely looking a little worse before it gets better, but that’s all part of the renovation process! There’s plenty of preparation work happening now to make sure everything is straight, level and ready for the next stage.

The transformation is already starting to take shape, and this place is going to look completely different once we’re finished.

Follow along as we continue the renovation, every week brings more progress and another step closer to the finished result! 👀🔨

🚧💪 Concrete Prep Day!

We’re hard at work prepping and pouring the concrete floor for our prefab garage. A solid foundation is key.

Just wrapped up this carport build using clear polycarbonate roofing, keeps the space protected from the elements while still letting plenty of natural light flow through to the house. Practical and clean finish that doesn’t darken the area 👌
