Demolishing an extension while leaving the original house untouched feels more like surgery than demolition. This wasn’t a case of grab a big machine and send it. More like a game of Jenga where the wrong move comes with a very expensive phone call. Plenty of care taken and plenty of sh*ts given. 😂👌

WE’RE HIRING – All Rounder Operator!

MCL is on the lookout for a solid all-rounder to join the team.

We’re after someone with at least 2 years’ experience operating diggers and general earthmoving machinery, who’s confident on the gear and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.

You’ll be working across residential and rural projects, driving trucks, doing site prep, and being part of a small crew that takes pride in quality work.

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ operating experience
• Confident on diggers + general machinery
• Full NZ driver’s licence (Class 4 an advantage)
• WTR endorsement preferred
• Reliable, positive, team player
