A huge congratulations to Jordan Kassius Rangikauhata on officially completing his Level 4 Carpentry Qualification.

This marks Jordan's second trade qualification in just over 10 years, having first completed his qualification in Interior Systems before taking on the challenge of becoming a qualified carpenter.

Anyone in the industry knows qualifications don't come easy. They take commitment, hard work, dedication, and a willingness to keep learning and growing.

Over the years, Jordan has become a valued member of the team across both Design & Build Homes and Ninox Construction. He's someone we can rely on, works hard, and always brings a great attitude to site.

To achieve one trade qualification is an accomplishment. To achieve two over the course of your career shows real commitment to your craft and the industry.

🏗️ Wadestown Rise is really starting to come alive this week, with framing underway and plenty happening across the entire site.

The moment a project starts going vertical is always a major milestone, and the progress here is impossible to miss.

Every day brings noticeable change as our crews continue pushing ahead with bringing this development to life.

This project is progressing exceptionally well thanks to the strong collaboration with the team at MRG Civil. As the lead team behind the development, their planning and coordination have helped keep momentum high, and we're proud to be working alongside them to help bring this project to life.
