Project Completed & Successfully Handed Over | Premium VRV HVAC Solution.

We’re proud to have completed and handed over another premium project, delivering a high-performance Daikin New Zealand VRV HVAC solution designed around individual comfort, energy efficiency, architectural integration, and space optimisation.

For each property, we engineered and installed an individual Daikin VRV system, allowing the bedrooms to be independently controlled for personalised comfort and temperature management. The system incorporated bulkhead indoor units within the bedrooms, together with a ducted indoor unit, all connected to the same outdoor VRV system.

This configuration provided several key advantages:
• Individual zone control
• Demand-based operation
• Reduced external footprint
• Architectural integration
• System flexibility & efficiency

From a project-delivery perspective, this was a challenging programme with a tight construction timeframe, detailed coordination requirements, and a high level of finish expected across every property.

Our team worked closely through the planning, coordination, installation, commissioning, and final handover stages to ensure the HVAC installation met the required technical and architectural standards.

The result is a carefully engineered HVAC solution that combines comfort, efficiency, space optimisation, and discreet architectural integration — exactly what is expected from a premium development.

Site Update – The Boys Are Into It!🔥

Early start, crane on site, and the boys getting stuck into another HVAC upgrade. 💪

With the old system now fully decommissioned, today was all about the first lifts of the new outdoor units and getting the project rolling. Plenty of planning, teamwork, and precision to make sure everything goes up safely and smoothly.

This upgrade will deliver improved efficiency, better performance, and more reliable operation, helping the client get the most out of their HVAC system while reducing energy use.

Great effort from the crew knocking out the first stage of the project. Looking forward to seeing this one come together over the coming weeks.
