Here’s what actually happened (straight from the builder himself!)
• Ground excavated by Shay at Blackhill Earthworks to allow proper ventilation under the deck
• New kwila deck installed
• Existing window removed
• Minor framing adjustments to suit the new opening
• New sliding door joinery installed
• Finished outdoor space ready to enjoy

You’ve seen it almost complete - now here’s the finished result 🤩

This bathroom has come together beautifully - featuring a double shower, stunning tile work and natural light from the motorised skylight. Now finished off with brass tapware, a freestanding bath, stylish vanity and heated vertical towel rails.

A space that feels calm, refined, and built to be enjoyed for years to come.

New build coming together nicely.

Stormwater is now fully complete and signed off.

You can just see the large black retention tanks plumbed in and neatly hidden under the house by McGuire Plumbing & Gasfitting - all set and doing their job.

Behind the wall, a regular discovery.

Client knew there was some rot in the exterior wall and got us in to fix it while he upgraded his bathroom.

The weather made it a staged process as shown in the pics.

Often the damage goes deeper than it first looks, and it’s not always the news a client wants to hear - but we keep it transparent, work alongside our clients, and get the job done right.
