Where is he now… Keegan edition 👷‍♂️

From apprentice to site foreman, Keegan started with TPS back in 2021 as an apprentice, became a qualified builder at the start of 2023, and is now one of our foremen.

Some of the jobs he's led? Hauturu, Diana Ave, and 113 Linton, projects that needed sharp planning, attention to detail, and clear communication at every stage.

His building knowledge across the board makes him a go-to for problem-solving on site. He's a huge asset to the team, and we're stoked to have him on our team 💪

The Coromandel's stunning coastal location comes with some serious weather challenges... Salt air, heavy rainfall, strong winds, and humidity can all take a toll on your home over time.

From the bedroom straight out to the ocean, this beachfront renovation is all about seamless connection to the coastline and making the most of the view.

New job kicked off in Tairua 🌊
We’ve been called in to help bring this off-grid vision to life, and with views like this, it’s a pretty special one.
We’re adding a 120m², two-story extension to the existing home. Garage downstairs, and a new living, dining + kitchen space upstairs (with an internal lift to tie it all together).
Still early days, but things are moving, and it’s starting to take shape 👀
Once complete, this place will be set up with solar panels and water tanks, giving the owners the option to go fully off-grid.
Stay tuned to see how this one comes together.
