Strengthening access to quality healthcare services for the community.

Through the Annual Social Development and Management Program (ASDMP), particularly under the Access to Health Services component, equipment and amenities were successfully provided to the Barangay Health Center of Barangay Pagbabangnan.

This initiative aims to enhance the capacity of the health center in delivering more efficient, accessible, and responsive healthcare services to residents. By improving the facility’s available resources and amenities, the program seeks to support the welfare of the community and contribute to better public health services at the barangay level.

The continued implementation of community-centered health initiatives reflects a strong commitment to promoting healthier communities and improving the quality of life of every resident through accessible and sustainable healthcare support.

Empowering women through skills development and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Last May 8–9, 2026, the Culasi Women’s Association successfully participated in the Skills Training on Sun-Dried Fish Processing with Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT) on Product Costing, Pricing, Packaging, and Labeling Requirements conducted in Brgy. Culasi.

Funded through the Social Development and Management Program (SDMP) under Enterprise Development and Networking, the activity was conducted in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry & Negosyo Center Guiuan through Ms. Anasel D. Padriquez, and the Maliwaliw Multi-Purpose Association Salcedo represented by Ms. Shirly Ronabio.

The training aimed to strengthen the participants’ technical and entrepreneurial capabilities by equipping them with practical knowledge in food processing and market-ready product development. More than a livelihood initiative, the activity serves as a step toward empowering women, creating sustainable income opportunities, and fostering long-term community growth and self-reliance.
