Position: Electrical Design Lead
Work Location: Makati City

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the electrical design team across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality design deliverables
2. Support the design of solar PV systems, including layout, string sizing, power collection, and grid interconnection
3. Provide technical supervision for substation design, including primary and secondary systems, earthing, protection
4. Ensure compliance with applicable standards (IEC, IEEE, BS, NEC, and local regulations)
5. Coordinate with civil, structural, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated and optimized design solutions
6. Support business development by providing technical input for proposals, and cost estimations
7. Provide support to junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation
8. Support the development and review of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical designs, including single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and control systems
9. Review, validate, and may approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications
10. Apply professional engineer's stamp and signature to drawings post-review, in line with licensure regulations and established liability waiver policies

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a valid PRC license and authority to sign and seal engineering documents
• Minimum of 3-5 years and above years of relevant experience in electrical design engineering, with substantial experience in solar PV, substations, power systems, and industrial or utility-scale projects
• At least 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing engineering or design teams
• Strong knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards and Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
• Excellent leadership, project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of ETAP or other electrical analysis software is an advantage.

What You’ll Do:
• Billing & Revenue Recognition – Prepare invoices tied to contracts, project milestones, and service agreements; ensure proper documentation, VAT zero-rating compliance, and timely issuance
• Collections & Aging – Monitor receivables daily, follow up with clients, and ensure AR aging is current with minimal overdue accounts
• Reconciliation – Perform intercompany billing and reconciliations; ensure accuracy of entries across multiple entities
• Month-End Close – Support revenue accruals, completeness testing, and provisions for doubtful accounts; contribute meaningfully to financial closing

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• CPA is preferred but not required
• At least 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience (AR, audit, or general accounting); fresh grads with strong fundamentals and potential will also be considered
• Solid grasp of accounting and revenue recognition principles
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation (VAT, CWT, zero-rated sales) is a strong plus
• ERP experience (SAP Business One preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, and working papers prior to endorsement to FP&A and management reporting

• Review general ledger accounts for unusual movements, unsupported balances, missing entries, and improper classifications

Job Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, or GL-focused accounting roles

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and balance sheet management

Position: Project Development Engineer

What You’ll Do:
• Support the Business Development team in securing new projects, defining Client requirements, and determining development activities for successful completion of the project.
• Manage contract drafting, discussion and ex*****on according to agreed scope with the Client.
• Work with Project Engineers to define ex*****on strategy, detailed schedule and budget of the project.
• Work with the Design team to generate and optimize design drawings and calculations according to the technical specifications and requirements approved by the Client.
• Work with the Procurement Team to purchase and deliver major materials and equipment according to the specifications required/approved and in a timely manner.
• Act as the primary point person for Client queries and updates throughout the project development timeline, defining outline of reports/presentations to be submitted to the Client, and leading regular update meetings with the Client.
• Conduct regular project site visits to be up to date to project/construction milestones and accomplishments, determine status of actual versus baseline schedule, identify current and potential bottlenecks, and provide needed support by the Project and Construction Team.
• Support Project Turnover and Operations Maintenance requirements.
• Review project development accomplishments and challenges encountered on a regular basis, to ensure continuous process improvement in accordance with approved internal standards.

We’re looking for someone who:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Development/Management, with a preference for the Energy sector projects, or complex systems integration.
• Has a bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering, preferably Civil, Electrical or Mechanical.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, time management skills, ability to prioritize, and adapt to change.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills. Experienced in presenting to and managing Clients.
• Self-starter who will see opportunities to add value beyond an assignment and will run projects through to completion.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances quickly and decisively.
• Willingness to perform under pressure when deadlines call for swift action.
• Collaborative and effective in working with different Client types, as well as a variety of individuals and backgrounds within the organization. Must be a team player and enjoy collaborating.
• Keen interest in learning new technologies and methods.
• Experience managing Project schedules, reports and documentation.
