Job Title: HR Generalist (3–4 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–4 years of relevant experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in employee compensation and benefits, labor relations, government-mandated benefits administration, and recruitment. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, supporting employee engagement, and driving efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits
• Administer employee compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs.
• Manage enrollment, renewals, and updates of company benefits (healthcare, insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
• Ensure accurate payroll coordination related to benefits and compensation adjustments.
• Conduct benefits orientation and respond to employee inquiries.
2. Government-Mandated Benefits & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
• Process and monitor statutory benefits, filings, and contributions.
• Coordinate audits and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulatory requirements.
3. Labor Relations
• Assist in handling employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support investigations and documentation of workplace incidents.
• Promote a positive work environment and compliance with company policies.
• Partner with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
4. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven HR experience, particularly in:
o Compensation and benefits administration
o Labor relations
o Government-mandated benefits compliance
o Recruitment and onboarding
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in payroll coordination.
• Background in compliance reporting and audits.
• HR certification is an advantage.
