Greenstone Resources Corporation (GRC) celebrated Labor Day 2026 with a meaningful program recognizing the dedication and hard work of its employees, anchored on this year’s theme, “Disenteng Trabaho para sa Lahat: Iisang Hangarin, Bagong Pilipinas Sama-samang Mararating.” The celebration reflected the company’s commitment to promoting decent work, unity, and shared progress in the workplace.

A key highlight of the event was the announcement of a salary increase for rank-and-file employees under the 2nd tranche, set above the minimum wage declared by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). This reinforces GRC’s commitment to valuing the hard work, dedication, and welfare of its employees.

With the active participation of the Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC) of GRC, the celebration also showcased the strong partnership between management and employees, emphasizing that progress is best achieved through cooperation and mutual respect.

The program began with a Flag Raising Ceremony, followed by a Labor Day Quiz where employees had the chance to test their knowledge and win grocery packages. A raffle draw added excitement to the celebration, with prizes awarded to lucky participants.

As part of the company’s appreciation for its workforce, management also treated all employees to Jollibee food packages, allowing everyone to share a festive meal together.

Through this celebration, Greenstone reaffirmed that the success of the company is built on the dedication of its workers. In line with this year’s Labor Day theme, GRC continues to move forward with one goal—creating better opportunities, dignified work, and a brighter future for all.

𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗼𝗱, 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 — Greenstone Resources Corporation (GRC), in partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, is currently hosting the Lingkod Pag-IBIG program at the GRC Gymnasium from March 26 to 27, 2026, aimed at bringing essential government services closer to its employees.

The two-day activity provides convenient, on-site assistance for various Pag-IBIG member transactions, allowing employees to access services without the need to travel to external offices.

Services offered include the application and issuance of the Loyalty Card Plus, processing of loan applications and related inquiries, verification of Member Identification (MID) and Registration Tracking Number (RTN), as well as enrollment and information on the MP2 Savings Program.

The initiative forms part of GRC’s ongoing commitment to employee welfare by facilitating easier access to government programs and financial services within the workplace.
