Greenstone Resources Corporation (GRC) celebrated Labor Day 2026 with a meaningful program recognizing the dedication and hard work of its employees, anchored on this yearโs theme, โDisenteng Trabaho para sa Lahat: Iisang Hangarin, Bagong Pilipinas Sama-samang Mararating.โ The celebration reflected the companyโs commitment to promoting decent work, unity, and shared progress in the workplace.
A key highlight of the event was the announcement of a salary increase for rank-and-file employees under the 2nd tranche, set above the minimum wage declared by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). This reinforces GRCโs commitment to valuing the hard work, dedication, and welfare of its employees.
With the active participation of the Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC) of GRC, the celebration also showcased the strong partnership between management and employees, emphasizing that progress is best achieved through cooperation and mutual respect.
The program began with a Flag Raising Ceremony, followed by a Labor Day Quiz where employees had the chance to test their knowledge and win grocery packages. A raffle draw added excitement to the celebration, with prizes awarded to lucky participants.
As part of the companyโs appreciation for its workforce, management also treated all employees to Jollibee food packages, allowing everyone to share a festive meal together.
Through this celebration, Greenstone reaffirmed that the success of the company is built on the dedication of its workers. In line with this yearโs Labor Day theme, GRC continues to move forward with one goalโcreating better opportunities, dignified work, and a brighter future for all.
