SofTechniak Enterprises provides BIM and Revit modelling in architectural/ MEP design, coordination and construction documentation for projects in the Pakistan local market, USA, UK, Singapore, KSA, Middle East and other international markets.

CAD/PDF/sketch to BIM conversion
BIM coordination and Navisworks clash detection
LOD 200–450 models
Coordinated drawings and shop drawings
Existing-condition and as-built BIM models

Quantity take-offs and schedules
3D visualization and presentation drawings
