Eastern Pretech Solutions Secures Major Rail Infrastructure Contracts in Malaysia

Eastern Pretech Solutions Sdn Bhd has been awarded two major contracts to fabricate, supply, and deliver 117,000 precast concrete sleepers for the Klang Valley Double Track (KVDT) Project and the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) Project.

Deliveries will take place from August 2026 to August 2027, supporting the continued expansion of Malaysia's rail network.

These contract awards further strengthen Eastern Pretech's presence in Malaysia's rail infrastructure sector and reflect our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality precast concrete solutions for critical infrastructure projects.

🏸 Building Stronger Connections Through Sport

Every Wednesday, colleagues at Eastern Pretech Malaysia (EPM) come together for an evening of badminton at DMS Sport Center, Semenyih. Organised by the Sports and Welfare Recreation Club (SWRC), the weekly sessions bring together around 20 employees—from factory workers and office staff to management—for two hours of friendly competition, fitness and fun.

More than just a game, the sessions promote teamwork, strengthen workplace relationships and support employee well-being in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

🎉 Eastern Pretech Singapore Wins Major Integrated Hub Project in Toa Payoh

We are proud to announce that Eastern Pretech Singapore has been awarded a major subcontract for the fabrication, supply and delivery of precast concrete elements for the landmark integrated development in Toa Payoh.

The billion-dollar development will transform a 12-hectare site into a vibrant community hub featuring a 10,000-seat stadium, library, polyclinic, indoor sports hall, aquatic centre and a range of sports and recreational facilities.

With approximately 19,430m³ of precast concrete to be manufactured and delivered, this award reflects our client's confidence in our expertise, quality and commitment to excellence.

Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. has secured multiple data centre projects in southern Malaysia in 2Q2026.

The scope includes the supply and delivery of precast components such as columns, beams, double tee slabs, hollow-core slabs, and walls.

Total estimated concrete volume is approximately 62,000m³, with deliveries scheduled from 1Q2026 to 4Q2026.

This development reinforces Eastern Pretech’s position in supporting the fast-growing data centre infrastructure segment in the region.

Dubai Precast Secures Moro Data Centre Project at MBR Solar Park, Dubai

Dubai Precast has been awarded the contract for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of a new G+1 Moro Data Centre located within the Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) Solar Park, Dubai.

The scope of works includes the full precast superstructure, comprising external walls, solid walls, columns, beams, stairs, as well as hollow-core and solid slabs.

The project involves approximately 7,500 m³ of reinforced concrete and 15,000 m² of hollow-core slabs.



Design has commenced, with production expected to begin in Q2 2026. Installation works are scheduled for completion by Q4 2026.

Eastern Pretech Singapore Secures New Wafer Plant Project

Eastern Pretech Singapore has been awarded the subcontract for the fabrication, supply, and delivery of precast elements for a new multi-billion-dollar wafer fabrication plant in Singapore.

The scope of works covers a full precast superstructure system, including columns, beams, double tee slabs, waffle slabs, stair flights, and parapet walls.

The project involves an estimated total concrete volume of approximately 53,000 m³. Preparation of shop drawings commenced in 4Q2025, with deliveries beginning in 1Q2026 over a six-month duration.

This project reflects Eastern Pretech Singapore’s continued strength in delivering high-quality precast solutions for large-scale industrial developments and reinforces our commitment to supporting Singapore’s advanced manufacturing sector.

🚢 Parmarine Secures Major Cruise Ship Contract with MSC Cruises

Parmarine has been awarded a contract to supply A-60 marine fire-rated doors for four next-generation cruise vessels currently under construction for MSC Cruises at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard.

Each vessel will accommodate over 6,000 passengers, highlighting the scale and ambition of these world-class cruise developments. Deliveries are scheduled between 2027 and 2029, reinforcing Parmarine’s continued role in supporting high-profile, large-scale marine projects.
