re, if you have any questions or need clarification, do reach out to us. We would appreciate if all participants maintain a healthy social environment and keep it free of offensive comments. Remarks which are listed below will not be accepted:
• hateful or discriminatory regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs
• misleading in any way, unlawful or in violation of any copyright, intellectual property rights, law or regulation.
• containing foul languages, cyberbullying behavior, personal attacks etc.
• including any comments which is considered negative
Should there be any of the above mentioned,
Tuas Power reserves the rights to deleted any of such comments or block/ban a participant, who shall be deemed as violating our guidelines. All participants are to abide by the above mentioned rules in order to maintain a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone in our community. No one should persists in offensive behavior or continually violates any of our house rules. Participants should also observe and adhere to Facebook’s Terms & Conditions. Ultimately, we hope to have a safe and constructive environment for positive energy. Please protect your personal data and do not share it publicly with everyone on our page. Please feel free to communicate with us privately if you have account-related questions for us. All comments posted by customers/ participants on the Tuas Power Facebook Platform may be used for the marketing purposes and to share their experience. Should any customers/ participants feel uncomfortable with this purpose, they should refrain from participating or you can also choose voice their concerns to us via the ChatBot and Facebook messenger. Participants participating in any promotion, campaign or comments shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein upon participation on our page. Our team will be available to assist you from Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 5pm (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
