🚧 Traffic sign installation in action 🚧The City of Cincinnati recently added speed humps on several streets in Madisonville OH and our A&A Safety crew was on-site installing new speed hump warning signs to alert drivers to the change.

It may not be the flashiest project, but it's a crucial one for road safety. Every sign we install helps protect drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians in the neighborhoods we serve. 🛑

Ohio Contractors Association members and leaders joined transportation advocates in Washington DC to get a closer look at the legislative process and have a say in the next funding bill at the 2026 Transportation Construction Coalition Fly-In.

With the current federal transportation program set to expire this fall, OCA members - including A&A Safety's President and current OCA chair Bill Luttmer - met directly with Ohio's U.S. Representatives and Senators to advocate for timely passage of the next transportation funding bill. The bill pushes for stable, predictable funding for the roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects that keep our communities moving.

“I felt that all of our Ohio legislators were supportive and understanding of the need for sustainable funding for infrastructure,” commented Bill.

We do love pavement markings. It's what we do. 🛠️

So...we decided to have a little fun and show off on our own property. Our crew installed a custom A&A Safety thermoplastic logo at our Cincinnati office entrance, hand-applied and heat-bonded just like we'd do for any client. It adds a bit of pizzazz, don't you think?

Ohio Contractor Magazine recently featured Bill Luttmer, President of A&A Safety. He shared the story of how he first became involved with OCA (Ohio Contractors Association) and the industry leaders who helped and inspired him. Bill serves as current OCA chair this year.

On a lighter note, in the article, Bill revealed he took his girlfriend (now wife) on dates to check Maintenance of Traffic jobs. A few decades later, she's still a great partner and they are now parents to seven children. 🧡
